Pilates: A non-impact mat class to strengthen, stretch, and tone your entire body with the focus being on your core muscles. Cardio and Weight Training: Interval training to enhance cardiovascular endurance and tone muscles. Butts and Guts: Fast paced core conditioning class focusing on abdominals, lower back & butt. Coming in January. A class for Women Only! Fall ProgrammingChildhood Health and Fitness Workshop Benefits parents greatly by sparking their child or teen's interest in nutrition and fitness. Workshops include hands on interactive demonstrations and an overview of the programs we are offering that will help to get and keep your child healthy and fit now as to prevent obesity or disease in their futures.
